Project Manager Junior

Sagalés is looking for a Junior Project Manager for its Innovation and Digital Transformation Department.

Reporting to the Innovation Manager, his functions will be:

  • Integral management of all life cycle of the projects in progress, from incubation to the end of the project. Which will include among others:
    • Project monitoring and reporting (status reports, schedule monitoring, records, meetings...)
    • Administration and collaboration tasks (organization of key meetings, celebration of project events, information exchange, back-office tasks, etc.).
    • Coordination between different departments in order to coordinate tasks, solve problems and projects
    • Documentation drafts generation (project letters, schedules and budgets, functional specifications, planning, delivery information, documents, etc.).
    • Teams and change management.

Minimum requirements

University degree or diploma in engineering, with at least 2 years experience performing the tasks.
Experience in MSOffice environment, PM certifications and English knowledge would be desired.
