MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Study and analysis of bidding documentation (bidding documents, reports, need reports).
Preparation of summaries of the specifications addressed to all the internal areas involved in the tender to identify the key points of this.
Price request to suppliers.
Conducting economic studies of tenders. Preparation of the *Business Plan, analyzing whether the offer meets the profitability parameters set by the company.
Dialogue and coordination with other departments of the company involved in the preparation of the offer.
Preparation of technical and economic documentation for the presentation of the offer.
Processing of documentation on different public tender platforms in the sector
Monitoring and management of the tender file until the formalization of the contract.
File all the documentation related to the offer to guarantee the traceability of the work carried out for possible audits or consultations for future tenders.
Coordination with the Operations department in the launch of the awarded projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
University education Engineering or similar.
Minimum experience of two years in bidding, strategy and/or business development departments.
Valuable mobility experience
Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English B2.
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
