In compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), Sagalés states that personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by the company Sagalés S.A. in order to carry out the correct provision of services which the user desires to contract and so that Sagalés, under the framework of its activities, can use this personal data for promotional purposes, including the sending of commercial communications via email.

Sagalés guarantees all interested persons that the aforementioned data processing will be done applying suitable security levels to the data provided and furthermore, all available technical measures have been installed to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and stealing of said data.

The persons interested can exercise their rights under PDPL to access, rectify, cancel or contest this data, at any time. The user can access its data and request a copy of the data held by Sagalés at any time, for its review, modification or update. The user certifies that the information provided on the registration form is true and complete. Furthermore, the user accepts sole responsibility for keeping this information up-to-date.
