Finance Technician

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tax Inspections: preparation of documentation, analysis, strategy, coordination with tax advisors.
  • Fixed assets: registrations, deregistrations and changes of company, new leases, depreciation, calculation of adjustments to the B.I.
  • Control and document management in relation to deeds, real estate, contracts and corporate operations of the group: purchases and sales of real estate, control and filing of external and intercompany contracts.
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual taxes: VAT, personal income tax, advance payment of IS, withholdings of rents and movable capital, photovoltaic settlement, intra-community operations, economic activities tax, form 036, corporation tax, annual accounts, application and maintenance of companies' digital certificates.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance department or managing group companies
  • Experience in tax management or consultancy is an asset.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • MBA and specific training in tax, commercial and corporate issues is an asset.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI) and SAP or similar.
  • Spanish and catalan, native/high Spanish, English is an asset
