We make sure that we check the vehicle at the end of every service. If we find a lost object, we identify it and keep it for six months for it to be collected by you. If it is fresh food, it will be disposed of the following day. If it involves elements which enable us to identify the owner, we try to get in touch. If not claimed after five days, documentation will be delivered to a public office.  

 

The majority of our fleet is adapted with access ramps and a reserved area. In any case, you can call the phone number on each line to confirm availability. Our Customer Care Department will get in touch with the corresponding vehicle base depending on your route.  

Bicycles can be transported free of charge on regular public services. Only one bicycle is accepted per user. It must be in good clean condition. For this reason, packaging is recommended. You can purchase specific packaging for bicycles at the ticket office in Barcelona (Pg. de Sant Joan, 52; open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00; telephone 93 231 27 56). This packaging costs 5 €.

Bicycles must go into the luggage area of the bus, except in the case of folding bicycles. These can be transported outside the luggage area, provided that the vehicle permits standing passengers and the size of the bicycle when folded does not exceed the permitted hand luggage size (100 x 60 x 25 cm). 
The maximum number of bicycles that fit on the bus is 5 in the luggage compartment and 2 in the spaces reserved for standing passengers, and they may never occupy the area reserved for persons with reduced mobility. However, every vehicle is conditioned by the space available. The service providing company may limit access after evaluating safety or other factors.
Passengers transporting bicycles on-board are responsible for the damage they may cause to other users, luggage and the vehicle itself.

You can purchase specific packaging for bicycles at the ticket office in Vic (c/ Pere Gallissà, 4; open Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 19:00; telephone 93 889 25 77). We provide services designed for you to bring your bicycle by bus and enjoy a day of sport and adventure in the great outdoors, cycling along the trails and discovering the breathtaking views of Catalonia. This line travels from Barcelona to Santa Maria d'Oló, passing through Moià, and routes Vic-Rupit, Vic-Viladrau and Vic-Sant Pere de Torelló. In this case, it is advisable that passengers with bicycles arrive 15 minutes in advance. For better comfort and security, call the Transport Department in advance (for Barcelona routes call 93 865 04 00 and for Vic routes call 93 889 25 77) to query availability.

When buying a standard ticket the driver is only obliged to provide change for payments of up to €20.

If you are under 25 years of age, you can use the T-Jove, which allows you to carry out an unlimited number of trips for 90 consecutive days from the first validation.

If you are a single parent or large family, or you are unemployed you have specific integrated tickets with discounts.

On our website you can find route maps including all stops and timetables. You just have to search for your route and it will appear. We also provide pocket timetables which you can carry with you, so that you can always check your bus timetable including all of the stops it passes through.

Bus stop poles include information on stops and corresponding passing times.

Ask the driver to carry out suitable checks. If the card continues to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement which will function exactly the same as the one you purchased. 

Tickets damaged by users won't be exchanged or returned.

In the case of vehicles adapted for persons with reduced mobility, the pram must be placed in the space reserved for PRMs (wheelchairs), with the brakes on, and held by the adult travelling with the pram. If there is no specific wheelchair space on the bus, the pram must be folded. If the vehicle has a luggage hold this is the best place to leave children's prams.

You can travel with guide dogs and domestic animals in suitable carry cages.

The passenger is entitled to carry luggage without charge, provided that as a whole this does not exceed the maximum measures allowed (100x60x25 cm). If the total baggage exceeds these maximum measures allowed, an amount equivalent to the price of a standard ticket must be paid for each additional item. The number of items shall be subject to the availability of space in the luggage compartment.

Children under 4 years old who do not have a ticket, may only carry hand luggage without charge. If they have other luggage, a charge will be made at an amount equivalent to the price of a standard ticket for each item.

Hand luggage is understood as being all kinds of warm clothing, accessories or items for personal use that a passenger carries with them while travelling on board the vehicle.

In no event can objects or materials that are dangerous, unhealthy or which may cause inconvenience to other users or damage other luggage be permitted.

The driver will notify the transport centre and quickly organize the replacement of the bus with an other vehicle so that the route or journey can be completed.

SkiBus

You can buy your tickets in person at our ticket offices, or you can make a purchase by either calling 902 13 00 14 or through viatgesplus.com/.

Ski and snowboard equipment can be rented in advance throw our website. This equipment doesn't include clothes. Clothes can be rented directly in the ski resort.

Ticket price includes the round trip (coach) + ski pass + ski insurance + on board guide. 

The SkiBus to La Molina or Masella and the Alp 2500 SkiBus also comes with the chance of booking rental ski or snowboard gear (no clothes included) and picnic (sandwich + drink).

No, you cannot buy the ski pass alone, as our tickets include: return trip (coach) + ski pass + ski insurance + on board guide.

All persons booked on each trip must carry an official I.D. document or passport with them in order to ensure the validity of the insurance policy.

Excursions will be subject to the snow conditions present at the ski resort at the time.  On days when skiing is not possible, a voucher will be provided for the same service on another day of the week (provided that the same fee applies) or the amount paid by the client will be returned.

The coach leaves at 16.00 from the main car park at La Molina (you must be there 15 minutes before departure), next to the Alp 2500 cable car. Arrival time depends on traffic conditions. Estimated arrival time in Barcelona is approximately 19.00.

No, you cannot buy only the seat. 

All children under 4 years old must purchase ski passes directly at the pistes. With Viatges Plus you can buy the seat of the bus.

Yes, Young people between 16 and 17 years traveling alone must carry a permission signed by parents or guardians. The permission must be accompanied by a phone number.
